Turkey Stir Fried Rice

- ¾ cup Soya Sauce
- ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 Garlic cloves Diced
- 2 Smoked Turkey cutlets Diced into bite sized pieces
- 3 cup Turkey farmers sausage Diced into bite sized pieces
- 3 Eggs Beaten
- 4 cup Cooked rice
- Salt to taste
- 3-4 Green onions Chopped
- White pepper to taste
- 1-2 tbsp Sesame oil or to taste
Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar into a small bowl and set aside.
Heat oil on medium high heat in a wok or large sized frying pan. Add onions and cook until starting to soften. Add garlic and combine.
Then add chopped turkey cutlets and chopped farmers sausage to onions and garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes. Push mixture to the side and pour in beaten eggs. Cook until an omelette consistency and then combine with meat mixture.
Now add the rice and combine all ingredients. Salt and pepper mixture to taste and then add chopped green onions and sesame oil. Combine and serve.
