This June, all across Canada, we are celebrating men’s health by talking about the tough stuff and ensuring that no man feels alone. According to the Men’s Health Foundation, 1 in 2 men are at risk of social isolation in Canada, and may deal with higher levels of stress and depression, especially since two-thirds are not seeking out professional mental health support services. So this month at BC Turkey, our focus is on setting #AConsciousTable and providing delicious and tasty turkey meals in a supportive environment. And what better way than with a stellar lineup of grilling recipes!
With summer officially set to begin later this month, it’s the time to bust out your grill and grab the charcoal for a season spent outside, serving up loved ones plate after plate of healthy, nutritious turkey recipes.

When we gather together over delicious means, and in this case… grilled turkey, we automatically connect with loved ones. Sharing food is such a fundamental part of culture and our wellness, and when it comes to providing a safe place where everyone feels welcome, there’s no better way than with the upcoming outdoor grilling season.

Father’s Day is the perfect time of year to bust out your metal tongs and flippers for a lineup of spectacular turkey recipes. Their work does not go unnoticed, and especially as we focus on men’s health, we remind the important men in our lives that they’re #NeverAlone.
