He offers three different recipes to try when you dehydrate turkey breast: Turkey Miso Ramen, Turkey Congee, and Turkey Fried Rice. It’s fairly easy: before you go, cut your meat into small slices and cook them to 165 internal temperature, then dehydrate at 145 for four hours. And voilà! Bring them with you and the rest of your ingredients for three tasty turkey meals.
