Turkey Bacon Ranch Wraps (with Corn)

Ingredients (per wrap):

1 large tortilla
1 tablespoon ranch dressing
4–6 slices deli turkey
1–2 slices cheddar cheese
1½–2 slices cooked bacon, broken into pieces
¼–⅓ cup cooked corn (fresh, canned, or frozen & thawed)

Directions:

  1. Lay out one tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing down the center.
  3. Layer 4–6 slices of turkey on top of the ranch.
  4. Add 1–2 slices of cheddar cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the broken bacon pieces evenly.
  6. Top with ¼–⅓ cup of corn.
  7. Roll up the tortilla tightly.
  8. Repeat for more wraps.
  9. Serve whole or sliced in half. Enjoy!

Turkey & Cheese Pinwheel

Ingredients:

Tortilla
Lettuce
Cheese Slices
Cream Cheese
Turkey Slices

Directions:

  1. Spread an even layer of cream cheese over the tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle lettuce across the surface.
  3. On the left side of the tortilla (leaving a small border at the edge), layer 3 slices of turkey and 2 slices of cheese.
  4. Roll the tortilla up tightly but gently.
  5. Slice the roll in half, then cut each half into 5 pinwheels.
Turkey Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls

Ingredients:

Turkey Slices
Hawaiian Rolls
Mayo
Lettuce
Cheese Slices

Directions:

  1. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  2. Spread mayonnaise evenly on the cut sides of the rolls.
  3. Layer on a slice of cheese, a slice of turkey, and a piece of lettuce.
  4. Place the top half of the rolls back on to finish.
Turkey and Cheese Kabobs with fruit

Ingredients:

Wooden Skewers
Deli Turkey
Grapes
Apples (cubed)
Cheddar Cheese (cubed)

Directions:

  1. Pre-cut wooden grilling skewers to fit into the size of your resealable lunchbox container.
  2. Cut ham and turkey slices into 1″ strips. Fold accordion-style and slide onto the wooden skewers. Alternate with grapes, apples and cheese cubes.
  3. Trim wooden skewers so they fit inside your lunchbox container.
  4. Slice ham and turkey into 1-inch strips. Fold each strip accordion-style and thread onto the skewers, alternating with grapes, apple pieces, and cheese cubes.
Mini Turkey Meatballs & Pasta

Ingredients:

Sphaghettini pasta
Alfredo or pasta sauce of choice
Ground turkey
Egg
Grated yellow onion
Minced garlic cloves
Bread crumbs
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh chopped parsley
Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Scoop into 1-inch balls (about 30) and place on a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 16–20 minutes, until golden and the internal temp reaches 165°F.
  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Add noodles to the pasta sauce, toss with Parmesan and turkey meatballs.
Turkey Strip Quesadillas

Ingredients:

Tortilla
Butter
Shredded Cheese
Turkey Strips

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 
  2. Assemble quesadillas: Layer cheese, turkey strips, then more cheese on half of a tortilla. Fold in half and repeat with remaining tortillas.

Turkey Meatballs with Pasta

Ingredients:

1lb ground turkey breast
½ cup panko
1 small (or ½ large) yellow onion, grated
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1tsp baking powder
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix the above ingredients together thoroughly (add a little water to your hands to avoid the mixture sticking). Use approx. 1 heaping tablespoon/meatball.
  2. Heat a pan and add a small amount of oil. Once it is hot, sear each meatball for 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking pan and bake for 12 minutes at 425.
  3. Add to your favourite cooked pasta
Turkey Cream Cheese Pinwheels

Directions:

  1. Add cream cheese to a tortilla, covering edge to edge.
  2. Add a layer of chopped crisp romaine lettuce.
  3. On the left side of the tortilla, add a layer of deli turkey and cheese.
  4. Roll up the tortilla from the left edge. Slice into sections
Turkey and Cheese Crescent Roles

Directions:

  1. Unroll one package of crescent roll dough into individual triangle pieces.
  2. Roll up a piece of deli turkey and place on the widest part/top of the triangle.
  3. Add shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Roll up the crescent roll from the widest/turkey part down.
  5. Sprinkle each crescent roll with Everything Bagel seasoning.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Folded Turkey Sandwich

Directions:

  1. Use a rolling pin to flatten two pieces of sourdough bread.
  2. Add mayonnaise to one side of each piece, followed by a slice of deli turkey and a slice of cheese.
  3. Fold the sandwich corner-to-corner diagonally. Do this again with the opposite corners.
  4. Add a skewer to hold it together
Turkey Kabobs

Directions:

  1. Roll slices of deli turkey into long rolls and slice the roll into small sections.
  2. Cube cheese, chop pickles into small rounds and slice any chopped vegetables you’d like to add.
  3. Use a bamboo skewer or large toothpick and alternate between the various ingredients.
