Ingredients
  

  • 1 boneless, skinless turkey breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup chopped red pepper
  • ½ cup chopped green pepper
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped zucchini
  • ½ cup red onion
  • ½ cup cremini or white button mushrooms
  • barbecue sauce

Instructions
 

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • Skewer ingredients along with turkey on prepared wooden skewers. Brush with BBQ sauce, if desired.
  • Reduce grill heat to medium and cook over direct heat for approximately 10 minutes, flipping once halfway. Turkey is fully cooked when the thickest part of the meat reached 165°F (74°C) using a digital meat thermometer.
