Turkey Kabob Bar
Ingredients
- 1 boneless, skinless turkey breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup chopped red pepper
- ½ cup chopped green pepper
- ½ cup chopped pineapple
- ½ cup grape tomatoes
- ½ cup chopped zucchini
- ½ cup red onion
- ½ cup cremini or white button mushrooms
- barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Skewer ingredients along with turkey on prepared wooden skewers. Brush with BBQ sauce, if desired.
- Reduce grill heat to medium and cook over direct heat for approximately 10 minutes, flipping once halfway. Turkey is fully cooked when the thickest part of the meat reached 165°F (74°C) using a digital meat thermometer.
