Egg Roll Filled Wontons

Ingredients
  

  • Wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup Chopped white onion
  • 1 cup Chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup Coleslaw
  • 1 cup Chopped carrots
  • 1 Package of ground turkey
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease your mini cupcake pan and place the wonton wrappers inside. Pro tip: cut a small X at the bottom so they don't puff up. Cook these until golden, about 15 minutes.
  • In a skillet cook your ground turkey over medium heat.
  • Add in your chopped vegetables and stir continuously until cooked.
  • Add in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper until well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into the baked wonton shells.
  • Top with sweet chill.
