Egg Roll Filled Wontons

Ingredients
- Wonton wrappers
- 1 cup Chopped white onion
- 1 cup Chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup Coleslaw
- 1 cup Chopped carrots
- 1 Package of ground turkey
- Sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame sauce
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease your mini cupcake pan and place the wonton wrappers inside. Pro tip: cut a small X at the bottom so they don't puff up. Cook these until golden, about 15 minutes.
- In a skillet cook your ground turkey over medium heat.
- Add in your chopped vegetables and stir continuously until cooked.
- Add in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the baked wonton shells.
- Top with sweet chill.
